I have keenly been taking photographs on SLR cameras (and nowadays DSLRs) since 1986. As a sound recordist, I can sometimes find myself with a little bit of spare time on set whilst the team shoots cutaways, general vision or B-roll (which do not require location audio). As a result (and if possible), I generally try seize the opportunity in these moments to document the behind the scenes activities by grabbing my trusty camera and snapping a few pictures. I have had a few clients use my stills over time for promotional use and with a little organisation, I am happy to provide this additional service on your production if it is required.
